First Snow.

Bostonians are bracing themselves as the winter flurry sweeps through the city. - As the cold returns I am filled with a certain nostalgia for all of last year’s winter experiences (my first new england winter).

Last winter was marked by figuring out the post-grad work world, walking the dogs a lot, driving plenty of Lyft and Uber, and generally enjoying all the random bits in between the side hustles.

Here are a few highlights since the spring:

  • I moved to a house in Brighton Massachusetts with 3 new friends and an old Lab named Baxter

  • I’m working full-time downtown as an Associate Producer at tech company Called CoStar that deals in commercial estate data.

  • I’ve been able to bicycle nearly every day since I moved closer to the urban center of Boston

  • We’ve been playing dungeons & dragons!! (DM)

  • I’m still recovering from the woeful state of the golden state warriors :*( (I predict a finals push in 3 years time)

  • Julia is killing it as a photojournalist up in frosty Watertown New York for the Watertown Daily Times. (What a g, she’s returning in January)

  • Overall seeing more live music.
